MR CAMERON-DICK - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Cameron-Dick brings to A&G in excess of 30 years experience in the industry - Insurance Company, Reinsurance Company and Broker. His credentials include:

General Manager of Norwich Union Insurance Company in Saudi Arabia

Vice President of Commercial Inland Marine and Indemnity Company in U.S.A.

Founder, Managing Director of Royal Standard Re, in Belgium

Owner and Principal of GCD Associates Limited involving a profitable track record in the USA and subsequently in England.

GODWIN E. ODAH,(BA,MBA,DIP(INS),FCIA,MNIM,ACIM)
Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Godwin Odah joined Alliance and General Insurance Company with over 23 years experience cutting across various arms of the Insurance Industry including direct Insurance and Reinsurance Companies:He cut his teeth in the industry with Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation where he started as a graduate trainee and climbed to the position of senior superintendent before he left in 1983.

He joined UNIC Insurance Plc. in 1983 and rose to become General Manager in charge of the Company's Technical Operations.In pursuit of self-actualisation, he joined the board and management of Alliance and General Insurance Company Limited in October 2002 , as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operations officer. Mr Odah is an alumnus of the Lagos business School and has strong management skills which he has brought to bear on the management of A&G

MISS V.E. EKHATOR (LL.B; B.L)
COMPANY SECRETARY

Miss Violet E. Ekhator is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University (AAU) formerly known as Bendel State University Ekpoma where she obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree in 1991. She proceeded to the Nigeria Law School and was called to Bar in 1993.

She is a Legal Practitioner with over 10 years experience. She has worked with an Insurance Company of repute before joining Alliance and General Insurance Company Limited in 1998

MR 0. B. OKETOKUN (MBA, ACII)
DEPUTY DIRECTOR (LIFE & PENSIONS)

The Life and Pensions Department is headed by Mr. 0. B. Oketokun, a versatile and highly respected underwriter/broker. He has varied experience in Pensions Administration in Nigeria having worked in notable Life & Pensions offices namely,

Glanvill Enthoven & Co., African Alliance Insurance Company and Nigerian Life & Pension Consultants. He has been involved in great deal in the scheme administration and investment policy designs. He also has attended courses/seminars on Management, Underwriting and Marketing at home and abroad.

Mr.S.K. TAIWO(MBA,ACTI,AMNIM,ACA,HND)
ASST.Director (FINANCE/ACCOUNTS)

Mr. Taiwo is the Head of the Finance and Accounts department. He is a Chartered Accountant who had his academic training at the Yaba College of Technology lagos, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma (Upper credit) in Accountancy.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University.He has over 15 years varied experience spanning through manufacturing, banking and the insurance sector of the Nigerian Economy.

he left LASACO Assurance Plc in 1999 as the Head of Finance and Accounts.He was in President Industries Limited where he developed and implemented Financial Control Systems that earned him Management commendations.

He attended several management courses including one on Total Quality management(TQM) in 1994.

MR. LAWRENCE EWAH
(SENIOR MANAGER ADMINISTRATION)

Mr. Lawrence Ewah who joined Alliance & General Insurance in November, 2002 as Senior Manager – Administration, brought with him an eloquent testimonial of experience in Management/Administration Spanning over 15 years, ten of which he has spent at top management levels within the organized private sector, and in management consultancy.

Between 1987 and 1994, Mr. Ewah was with the Onwuka Interbiz Group Serving in various capacities – Admin. Manager and Head of Personnel & Public Relations, Senior Manager – Projects Development and as Area Manager (West) respectively. He later joined Larry-Mitchelle (Nigeria) to head their operations division from 1994 to 1996 before being engaged by Glengate Industries Limited, Oregun to set up and run their factory for two years as General Manager, a position he hold till late 1998 when he went into private practice as a Human Capital Development Consulant.

As a seasoned and professional administrator, Mr. Lawrence Ewah is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration and also a member of the Institute’s Governing Council.

MR DANFORTH O.D EDOBOR (B.A Econs, PGD, MBA)
HEAD MARKETING

Mr. Danforth O.D. Edobor worked with Nigerian Agric, Insurance Corporation as an Accountant for 8 years. He then moved to Bendel Brewery as Treasury MAnager for a short period of a year and half.

He moved on to Delta State University Lagos campus as full time lecturer in Business Policy and Strategy; Management, Multinational Corporation Management; International Marketing e.t.c.

By November 2001, he joined Alliance and General Insurance Company as the AGM (Marketing & Business Development).

MR FIDELIS CHUKWUELUE (B. Sc., ACII)
SENIOR MANAGER (TECHNICAL OPERATIONS)

	Mr. Chukwuelue is a graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has worked in Fidelity Bond of Nigeria (Insurance Brokers) before joining the Company. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, and has attended various courses and seminars on Insurance Underwriting and Claims Settlement.
